Mysuru: To ensure efficient and effective implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) from July 1, the Department of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax has been conducting a series of training workshops for officers.
The first refresher training was held on May 22 and 23 and training for the second batch will be held on May 31 and June 1. Nearly 150 officers and staff from the Executive Commissionerate, Audit Commissionerate, Appeals Unit and Chief Commissioner’s office participated in the training.
