With an objective of taking Yoga to all sections of society, the city’s Paramahamsa Yoga Mahavidyalaya, run by SPM Trust, will be conducting a Yoga Teachers Training programme by nationally and internationally recognised Instructors and Doctors. Online and Home classes are also available. During the course, the candidates will be taught yogasanas, yoga therapy, pranayama, dhyana, mudre, yogashastrapatanjali yoga sutra, shareerashastra, physiology, diet, home remedies, lifeskills and learning-teaching art and others.

Under single roof, participants will get to learn Surya Namaskara (5 styles), Shiva Namaskaras (2 styles), Chandra Namaskara, Guru Namaskara, DurgaNamaskara, Ashtanga Yoga, Hata Yoga, Power Yoga, Danda Yoga, Belt Yoga, Rope Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Insight Yoga, Belly Butter Yoga, Tibetan Rites Yoga, Moon Flow, Shivananda Flow, Wall Flow, Alignment Flow, Bricks Flow, Mudra Pranayama, Om Shiva Breathing, SankalpaSanjeeviniDhyana, Agnihotra, Reiki Healing, Therapeutic Yoga, Acupuncture Treatment, Gusha Treatment, Yogic Counselling and Alternative Therapy. Classes will commence from July 30. Paramahamsa Yoga Mahavidyalaya is located at No. 1691, 7th Cross, 4th Main, E&F Block, near Ramakrishna School, Ramakrishnanagar.
