The Department for Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens is conducting special training programme for special teachers, who teach visually impaired and speech impaired children, at Tilaknagar in city. This special D.Ed is equivalent to general D.Ed programme. The applicants (50 percent for SCs/STs and 45 percent for disabled students) should have passed PUC. Duration of training is two years.
