Mysuru: Hundreds of members of Centre for Indian Trade Unions (CITU) and All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) took out a rally to mark the International Labour Day (May Day) in city yesterday.
The rally began from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple and passed through main thoroughfares of the city. The participants raised slogans against the alleged exploitations of workers and also highlighted the problems being faced by the workers in private and public sector. They also raised slogans against the proposed privatisation of BEML by the Central Government.
