Disclosing this to media persons here this morning, the City Police Commissioner said: “We are keeping a tab on substance abuse like ganja and opium and the suppliers and receivers. More than that, we are also keeping a tab on the modus operandi of the receivers and the types of students who have fallen prey for it”.
