Mysuru: “In the present day world everyone has information easily available at fingertips. But how one uses it wisely to one’s advantage by using one’s intelligence for everyone’s advantage is the key,” said IIM Kozhikode Director Prof. Debashis Chatterjee.
He was speaking at a workshop on Leadership 4.0 organised by IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Kozhikode in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru and said if one has these qualities only then can one be a successful leader. However, such leadership qualities are sadly lacking in today’s leaders, he regretted.
