Mysore/Mysuru: In line with its unwavering commitment to contribute to Skill India Mission, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ATME College of Engineering , Mysuru, for Faculty and Student Skill Development Initiatives.
TKM through its training arm, Toyota Learning and Development India has initiated the tie-up with ATMECE. The initiative is focused on sharing Toyota’s best practices with the faculty, bridge the industry-academia gap and equip students with employable skills. Sharing his thoughts on the tie-up, G. Shankara, Vice President, Human Resources and Services Group, Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, “We believe that the success of Toyota comes from our people. We are a people-oriented company. In this perspective, we take care of the holistic well-being of every member by developing their skill, knowledge, and attitude from a mid-to-long-term perspective. Through this initiative, we would like to share Toyota’s best practices to the youth which will enable them to become skilled technicians.”
