Mysore/Mysuru: The Loco Pilot of Train No. 06275, running between Chamarajanagar and Mysuru has averted a potential disaster on the railway route between Nanjangud and Kadakola Railway Stations on Nov. 12 evening. The quick response of the Loco Pilot ensured the safety of passengers and prevented a malicious attempt to wreck the train.

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) have apprehended three persons, identified as Somay Marandi, Bhajanu Murmu and Dasamat Marandi for deliberately placing a steel sleeper and a wooden log on the tracks at KM No. 19/200-300, forcing the Train to come to a halt. The incident resulted in a brief detention of Train No. 06275 from 6.39 pm to 6.45 pm.
