Mysuru: GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (GSSIETW), Mysuru had organized a talk on ‘Women in Professionalism’ by Sujata Rajpal, Author of the Book titled “The Other End of the Corridor” on Feb.10.
The objective of the talk was to inspire and motivate graduates to build their personal and professional life. Talk started with few questionnaires such as why should we work, how to achieve your aims, how to be happy both in professional and personal life. She also discussed that gender discrimination is in woman’s mind, we need to take ownership of this and we should break this stereotype, open our minds, and break the cycle.
