Talk on Diabetes at Columbia Asia Hospital

Mysuru: Columbia Asia Hospital, Mysuru, will be conducting a free health talk for  public on Diabetes on Nov. 28 from 3 pm to 4 pm at its premises. Dr. Rekha V. Bhat, Consultant Endocrinology, will speak on diabetes awareness and how a healthy lifestyle can prevent it. The session will also concentrate on women, especially mothers, both expectant and young mothers and address concerns on how to prevent diabetes with nutritious food and better lifestyle. Participants are also entitled for a discounted diabetes health check package and a free Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) test to diagnose Peripheral Artery Diseases.
