Mysuru: Tahsildar T. Ramesh Babu led a team of officials from Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) and raided two illegal dyeing units in the city this morning and registered FIRs against them.
In all, FIRs have been filed against eight illegal dyeing units in various Police Stations in the city. This follows the cracking down on six units yesterday. The Tahsildar and other officials raided the illegal dyeing unit on C.V. Road opposite Torch Light Parade grounds in Bannimantap and one next to Bhavana Marbles in Bannimantap and sealed the units.
