Mysore/Mysuru: In a celebration of melody and heritage, Swaralaya Sangeetha Samsthe at Ramakrishnanagar, recently co-hosted a cultural spectacle, ‘Swaralaya Samskrutika Vaibhava-2025,’ in collaboration with Kannada and Culture Department, Bengaluru, at Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road in city. The event, a continued series, was inaugurated by music teacher, Vidu. H.V. Vasavamba.
Addressing the gathering, she emphasised the profound power of music, stating, “Listening to music dispels mental anxieties and worries, fostering tranquillity and enhancing memory. In our daily lives, amidst the pressures of constant demands, immersing ourselves in Karnatak classical or any other form of music lightens the mind and invigorates the spirit. Such is the incredible strength of music.”
