Mandya: Even as the battle in Mandya Lok Sabha Constituency is getting hotter by the day, poll authorities on Sunday reportedly checked independent candidate Sumalatha Ambarish's vehicle four times at different locations.
Sumalatha was carrying out her poll campaign in different villages coming under Melukote Assembly segment yesterday, when poll officials led by Pandavapura Assistant Commissioner Shylaja checked her vehicle four times at different points of time and location, for vehicle documents etc., it is learnt.
