The Horticulture Department has invited applications from farmers to avail subsidy to buy organic and bio-fertilisers under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana. The subsidy will be given to encourage the cultivation of horticultural crops. Farmers may submit documents related to purchase of organic and bio-fertilisers from various organisations at the Horticulture Department and can avail subsidy upto 25 percent per hectare of land.
For non-harvest management activities in horticulture, 50 percent subsidy will be given for a farmer per hectare of land to buy 108 numbered plastic crate.
