The Department of Horticulture has invited applications from interested farmers, small and marginal farmers for distribution of subsidies for purchase of agriculture and horticulture mechanised tools. The Department will be giving 50 percent subsidy for SC/ST farmers and 40 percent subsidy for other category farmers. Also, 90 percent subsidy will be given for adoption of drip irrigation system under Central Government sponsored Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sanchay programme.
