The Absentee Voters on Essential Service (AVES) can cast their vote through postal ballot by providing the required details through Form-12D. According to a press release from the DC office, those officials and workers deputed on election related duties (considered as AVES) for the Assembly Elections-2023 to be held on May 10, and unable to exercise their franchise at polling booths, can submit their details through Form-12D to respective Returning Officer and the Office of Nodal Officer, District Postal Ballot, along with their name, address, part number, roll number and EPIC number.
