Those students who have not done Aadhaar seeding so far, are required to open an Indian Postal Payment Bank (IPPB) account at a Post Office close to their house, where Aadhaar seeding will be done without hassles. As such, the beneficiary students are asked to open a IPPB account and make use of it in getting scholarship through direct payment, according to a press release issued by the Joint Director of Social Welfare Department.
