Mysore/Mysuru: The Union Government has introduced ‘Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s Atma Nirbhar Nidhi’ scheme for advancing micro loans to street vendors.
Following the launch, the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has invited applications from registered street vendors for availing Rs.10,000 loan under the scheme. The scheme will be in vogue till Mar. 2022. Registered street vendors of Mysuru who have identity cards issued before Mar.24, 2020 and other street vendors who have been identified during the survey, are eligible to apply.
