Mysuru: The menace of stray animals, especially cattle, has returned to hit the smooth traffic movement in the heart of the city.
It has become the order of the day, for a herd of stray cows to occupy the centre of Subhash Chandra Bose junction in front of Old RMC on New Sayyaji Rao Road. At times, there would be around 15 to 17 cows including calves, resting in the middle of the road and some standing around, forcing motorists to dodge, as and when the signal light turns green.
