Bengaluru: The Karnataka Assembly’s 10-day Budget Session, began this morning with a BJP uproar against the coalition Government which led Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala to cut short his speech to the Joint Session after seven minutes. The BJP said the coalition Government has no right to continue as it has lost majority.
