Mysuru Yogis Trust, Mysuru and Government Maharaja's Sanskrit College, Mysuru, have jointly organised Sri Tirumale Krishnamacharya Memorial State-level Free Open Yogasana Competition-2026 and Written Yoga Quiz programme at Government Maharaja's Sanskrit College on Sayyaji Rao Road in city on June 7. Male and female candidates in the age group of 8-80 years can take part in the competition. Participants can demonstrate any three yoga poses of their choice. All participants will get certificates.
The first three prize winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 1,000 respectively in both men and women category, along with memento and a citation. Also, there will be quiz contest from 10 am to 10.30 am and winners will be awarded prizes along with certificates. There is no entry fee for the competitions and names will be registered at the venue between 9 am and 12 noon. Only first 50 candidates will get the opportunity.
