State-level Swimming Contest Medal Winners

Following swimmers have won medals in various categories at the 20th State Masters Aquatic Chamionship-2018 organised by the Karnataka Swimming Association at Corporation Swimming Pool in Bengaluru recently: Jagadish (Swimming coach at The Cosmopolitan Club, Mysuru) - Gold Medal in 100 mts Butterfly Stroke, Silver in 200 mts Individual Medley and Bronze Place in 4x50 mts Free Style Relay event. Jagadish is now selected to participate in the National-level competitions to be held at Vishakapatnam in Andhra Pradesh from Oct.12 to 14. Y.K.A. Padmanabha (of Sundar Cable Network - representing Mysore District Swimming Association) - Gold in 100 mts Backstroke, 4x50 mts Free Style Relay and 4x50 mts Individual Medley Relay and Silver in 50 mts Butterfly and 200 mts Medley. Sundaram Basappa (Owner of Sri Manjumatha Dish View - representing Mysore District Swimming Association) - Gold in 50 mts Backstroke, 50 mts Breaststroke, 4x50 mts Free Style Relay and 4x50 mts Individual Medley Relay and Silver in 50 mts Free Style and 100 mts Backstroke. Achutha (Chartered Accountant - Member of Sri Kanteerava Narasimharaja Sports Club) - Bronze in 50 mts Butterfly and 4x50 mts Free Style Relay.
