Mysuru: A two-day State-level paper presentation competition on ‘Mechatronics and Humatronics’ was organised by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Engineering (NIE), here recently. The competition, sponsored by Yaskawa India Private Limited, Bengaluru, was inaugurated by Shailendra Salvi, COO, Yaskawa India. B.S. Harish, Deputy COO, Lokesh Patel, R&D Head, Pradeep Kumar, Sr. Manager –Technical Support and Avinash Seetharam, Manager – Commercial Excellence, all from Yaskawa India were present on the occasion.
