A State-level Arts, Literature and Music festival exclusively for the specially-abled, organised under the aegis of city-based Abhiruchi Balaga, will be held at Namana Kalamantapa in Krishnamurthypuram at 10.30 am on Oct. 26. Marking the 44th birth anniversary of late N.R. Ashwin, a specially-abled son of N.V. Ramesh, ‘Abhiruchi Ashwin Chaitanyada Chilume’ award will be presented to 30 specially-abled achievers from the State.
