A State-level Arts, Literature and Music festival exclusively for the specially-abled, organised under the aegis of city-based Abhiruchi Balaga, will be held at Namana Kalamantapa in Krishnamurthypuram at 10.30 am on Oct. 26. Marking the 44th birth anniversary of late N.R. Ashwin, a specially-abled son of N.V. Ramesh, ‘Abhiruchi Ashwin Chaitanyada Chilume’ award will be presented to 30 specially-abled achievers from the State. The event also features counselling by experts on disability compensation and rights at 3 pm, followed by a Kavigoshti (Poets Meet) at 4 pm. For registration and details, contact Mob: 98455-65238.
