The Department of Women and Child Development and the Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens have invited applications from individuals and institutions working for the welfare of senior citizens to present State Award for the year 2021-22.
Commemorating World Senior Citizens Day, the State Awards will be presented to six senior citizens who have served in various fields (Education, Literature, Art, Law, Sports and Social Service) and one institution which has been working for the welfare of senior citizens.
