The Department of Women and Child Development and Department for the Empowerment of Differently-Abled and Senior Citizens have invited entries from individuals, institutions and teachers who have served or serving in special schools for over 15 years and have made remarkable achievement in the welfare of the disabled persons, for State Award (2020). Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Office of the District Welfare Officer for Differently-Abled, Pulikeshi Road, Tilaknagar or downloaded from the Department website — www.dwdsc.kar.nic.in and the filled-in forms should be submitted before Oct. 15.
