Following the revision of Stamp Duty by the State Government, the Stamp Duty has been hiked from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500. Likewise, the Indemnity Bond Stamp Duty has been hiked from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500, Bank Guarantee fee from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500, Hypothecation agreement fee has been hiked by 0.5 percent of the loan amount.

In other revisions, the General Power of Attorney (GPA) fee has been hiked by Rs.1,000, Special Power of Attorney (SPA) fee by Rs. 500, Letter of Guarantee fee from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500, Affidavit fee from Rs.20 to Rs.100, Trilateral agreement fee (Builders, lenders and Bank) from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500, MODT/EQM fee on loans upto Rs. 10 lakh by 0.5 percent and by 0.5 percent for loans exceeding Rs. 10 lakh. However, the CHA 4 fee remains unchanged at 0.5 percent of the loan amount.
