City’s popular SRT bus service owner R. Kadareshan (69) passed away at his residence in Ittigegud here yesterday. Kadareshan was among the first to introduce private bus service to rural areas of the district. A native of Satyamangalam in Tamil Nadu, Kadareshan had been residing along with his family at Ittigegud for more than three decades. He leaves behind his wife, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be performed at his farm at Satyamangalam tomorrow (June 14), according to family sources. The Mysuru District Private Bus Owners Association has condoled his death.
