The Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports in association with Centre of Sports Science, Bengaluru, is conducting Sports Talent Search Programme at ChamundiVihar Stadium in city on Mar. 25 and Mar. 26. Talented boys and girls aged 8 to 15 years will be selected in the following 18 categories: Athletics, swimming, fencing, wrestling, archery, badminton, cycling, rowing, kayaking and canoeing, weight lifting, sports climbing, golf, skate boarding, taekwondo, judo, gymnastics, diving and shooting.
