The District Administration, Zilla Panchayat (ZP) and Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) will be organising a two-day sports meet for Officers and staff members of ZP, Taluk Panchayats, Village Panchayats, Rural Drinking Water & Sanitation Department, Panchayat Raj Engineering Department and Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited from 9 am tomorrow (Feb. 7) at Chamundi Vihar Stadium in city.
The competitions on Feb. 7 include 100 mts sprint for below 40 years men and women, 400 mts run for above 40 years men and women, volleyball (men), throwball (women), tug-of-war, penalty shootout, musical chair and ball in the basket (all for men and women).
