Mysuru: The Chief of the Special Protection Group (SPG) IGP N.S. Gupta and four other AIGPs arrived in city on Feb.15 night to oversee the arrangements and complete security cover to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will arrive in Mysuru on Feb.18 night. They went around the Maharaja’s College Grounds, the venue, where Modi will address the public on Feb.19 evening, the Maharaja’s College Cricket Ground, where the helicopter carrying the Prime Minister from Shravanabelagola will land and the Railway Station where he will launch the Humsafar Express to Udaipur.
