Mysore/Mysuru: Under the sponsorship of the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, Cauvery Handlooms, Bengaluru and the Department of Handloom, Textile and Commerce, Government of Karnataka, JSS Mahavidyapeetha has organised a Special Handloom Expo Samskruthi-Hathkargha-2023 from Sept. 22 to Oct. 6 at JSS Mysore Urban Haat in Hebbal.
Announcing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan in city yesterday, JSS Mahavidyapeetha Publications Wing Director Prof. Morabada Mallikarjuna said that more than 75 weavers and Weavers' Societies from all over India, including National and State awardees will be exhibiting and selling their traditional and handloom products at the 15-day expo.
