I would like to pay my last respects to the departed personality of our city in this way: “In your Service in IB, you dared the deadly head hunters in Nagaland, worked through disturbances on North East in most blood chilling period, protected the Nation from many deadly attacks of Terror Cells, daringly contributed to the safety and security of our motherland, by sacrificing your family life… But at the end, we failed to protect you from a street-side thug, we dishonoured your entire service and let you meet an unexpected painful end… We betrayed you Kulkarni Sir, we hang our head in shame.”
