In the absence of medicines to cure COVID-19, social distancing and maintaining personal hygiene are very important to contain the spread of the Novel Coronavirus. Though Government is increasing awareness about these in the public, when it comes to implementation, both the people and the authorities are failing at many places to adopt social distancing in public places, especially during mass distribution of essential materials to the needy or when public come on to the roads to buy their daily needs at vegetable or meat markets. Every day at least one such incident is seen in newspapers about violation of social distancing.
