Karnataka State Unorganised Workers Social Security Board has decided to distribute smart cards to workers in 11 unorganised sectors under Ambedkar Helping Hand scheme. Workers in unorganised sectors like domestic servants, mechanics, dhobis, goldsmiths, blacksmiths, potters and others may register for the same. Prescribed applications can be obtained from the Mysuru District Senior Labour Inspector or the Taluk Labour Inspector and submit the filled-in application forms before Jan.31, according to a press release from the Mysuru District Labour Officer.
