The city-based CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) is offering an opportunity for skill development in the area of wheat milling and bakery technology. The Institute has organised a 5-week intensive training course on “Baking Technology” where participants can have hands-on learning on milling and processing of wheat in the in-campus roller flour mill, as well as baking of various popular bakery and confectionery items. The course fee does not include accommodation and food. Minimum qualification is 10th passed or matriculation passed. The last date for registration is Jan. 10.
