Applications have been invited from eligible candidates for free job-oriented technical skill development training under All India Trade Test (AITT) - Schedule Caste Plan (SCP) and Scheduled Caste and Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) programmes. SC/ST residents of Karnataka, who are in the age group of 16 to 45 years, are eligible. Last date to apply is Apr. 25. Training will be provided in Post Diploma in Tool Design, Tool Room Machinist, CNC Technology or CMM, CNC Programmer – VMC or Turning, Designer Mechanical (CAD-CAM), Electrician (Industrial and Others), Conventional Machines or Quality Inspector and CNC Machine Operator (Turner or Miller). A monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500 will be provided to the trainees and those who complete the training will be given certificates.
