Mysore/Mysuru: Noted playback singer Sinchan Dixit from Dharwad will be presenting Bhava Lahari Geetha Gayana, a music programme, in front of Mysore Palace tomorrow (Sept. 27) at 6 pm, as part of Dasara cultural programmes.
A Hindustani Classical music disciple of Pandit Geeta Hegde, she has to her credit over 100 playback songs in Kannada Telugu and Hindi languages. Her popular songs are: ‘Currentu Hoda Time Alli’ from the film ‘Love in Mandya,’ ‘Khushiyagide Yeko Ninnindale’ from ‘Taj Mahal,’ ‘Manjari Manjari’ from ‘Veera Madakari,’ ‘Preethige Hottu Gottilla’ from ‘Ondu Preethiya Kathe,’ ‘Indu Ninna Edurali’ from ‘Kaafithota,’ to name a few.
She is the winner of Reality Music Shows like Zee TV Hindi SaReGaMaPa, ETV Yede Thumbi Haduvenu, besides being the jury for Saregamapa Hindi Official Bengaluru Auditions.
