Shalini Anantrao Kulkarni (96), wife of late Anantrao Kulkarni and mother of music critic, author and Star of Mysore contributor Dr. Manik Bengeri, passed away due to old age on Apr. 11 in Pune. She leaves behind three daughters, son-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed in Pune, according to family sources.
