Mysuru: Seven persons, travelling in a Tata Winger passenger vehicle were injured when a goods vehicle rammed into the vehicle on the Ring Road near Manandawadi Road here yesterday afternoon. According to reports, the passenger vehicle was ferrying passengers to H.D. Kote from Mysuru. When the vehicle was proceeding on the Ring Road, a speeding goods vehicle, which came from APMC side, rammed into the goods vehicle and then to a car which was parked on the roadside resulting in seven persons travelling in the passenger vehicle sustaining minor injuries and the car completely damaged. Kuvempunagar Police, who have registered a case in this regard, have launched a hunt to nab the driver of the goods vehicle, who fled from the spot soon after the incident.
