Mysuru: An interactive session on oral hygiene and oral cancer prevention was organised by the NCC Units and Rotaract Club of SBRR Mahajana First Grade College in association with Internal Complaints Committee and IQAC here recently.
JSS AHER Assistant Professor Dr. Prasanna Deshpande, a specialist in Oral Medicine and Radiology, who was the resource person, said “It is important to have knowledge on oral health at an early age as it is not only related to mouth but also associated with digestion, helps in absorption of micro-nutrients in the gut and contributes to proper phonetics.”
