An International Training programme on ‘Sericulture and Silk Industry’ has been organised at Central Sericultural Research and Training Institute (CSRTI) in Mysuru under the Indian Technical and Economic Co-operation (ITEC) initiative, Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, from Sept. 3 to 30. It will be inaugurated tomorrow (Sept. 3) at 10 am. Around 30 participants from Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Philippines, Cuba, Tanzania, Uganda and Thailand will take part in the training programme.
