Additional District and Sessions Judge G. Basavaraj will inaugurate the seminar. Department of Prosecution Director K. Rudraswamy will preside. City Police Commissioner Dr. A. Subrahmanyeswara Rao, SP Ravi D. Channannavar, Legal Officer P.B. Dharennavar will be the chief guest.
