Seminar on Vivekananda’s Chicago Address from Sept.20

Marking the conclusion of the year- long celebrations of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago Address, Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Yadavagiri, in collaboration with University of Mysore (UoM), will be organising a two-day National seminar on the monk’s famous speech at the Senate Bhavan in Manasagangothri on Sept.20 and 21. UoM Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar will inaugurate the seminar at 10 am on Sept.20 in the presence of Suttur Mutt Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji and Ramakrishna’s Ashrama’s Swami Muktidanandaji. The two-day event features lecture sessions by eminent personalities. KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Vidyashankar will deliver a talk at the valedictory function to take place from 2.15 pm on Sept.21. Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji, Swami Muktidanandaji and others will be present.
