In view of many vendors at hotels, bars, restaurants, cinema halls, darshinis and other places selling drinking water bottles at exorbitant prices and thereby cheating the customers, Health and Family Welfare Department has issued directive asking vendors to sell ISI-approved quality drinking water bottles at affordable prices failing which stringent action will be undertaken as per Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), according to a release from in-Charge Officer of FSSAI Dr. S. Chidambara.
