Mysore/Mysuru: Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), Mysuru Zone, will be conducting selection trials for KSCA Academy for U-14 and U-19 boys on Mar. 22 and Mar. 23 respectively at SDNR Wadiyar Stadium, Manasagangothri in city. The selection will be held from 8 am.
Players born on or after Sept. 1, 2012 will be eligible to take part in the U-14 selections to be held tomorrow (Mar. 22) and players born on after Sept. 1, 2007 will be eligible to take part in the U-19 selections on Monday (Mar. 23) and only the KSCA registered players are eligible to take part in the selection process.
The KSCA registered cricket clubs have been instructed not to nominate players less than 11-years-old for the selection. Players born between Sept.1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2015 are eligible to be nominated for the U-14 selections.
The cricket clubs should nominate only four players, other than those players who have represented Mysuru Zone during 2025-26 season.
Club Presidents and Secretaries can submit their list of players along with the details of their name, date of birth, UID (if available), father’s name and contact number by writing to mysorezone@ksca.co.in and the last date to submit the list is Mar. 21 at 4 pm, according to a press release from KSCA Mysuru Zone Convenor P. Srinivas Prasad.
