Backward Class Welfare Department has invited online applications from students belonging to backward class, economically backward, de-notified tribes, nomadic and semi-nomadic communities, for availing Centrally sponsored Top Class Student Scholarship. Annual income of the parents of applicants should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh. Scholarship for 9th and 10th standard students is Rs. 75,000 and that for 11th and 12th standard students is Rs. 1.25 lakh, which is inclusive of teaching and hostel fees.
