Sanskrit Day Contests

Pramati Hillview Academy, Kuvempunagar, celebrates Samskrutotsava every year. In the memory of S.N. Balachandra, an Inter-School Sanskrit Competitions will be held on Sept. 2 at the School premises in the following categories: Category 1 - Bhagavad Gita chanting for Class 1 & 2 - 2 students any 6 shlokas from 10th Chapter); Category 2 - Subhashita Story-telling for Class 3 & 4 - 2 students from each institution can participate; Category 3 - Group Song in Sanskrit for Class 5 & 7 - 6 students in a group, including accompaniments; Category 4 - Group Song in Sanskrit for Class 8 &10 - 6 students in a group, including accompaniments; Category 5 - Speech on the topic ‘Legacy of Indian Science’ for Class 8 & 10 - 2 students from each institution can participate.
