Sahukar D. Mariswamappa (82), a resident of Chinnamballi village in Nanjangud taluk, passed away yesterday at a private hospital here following brief illness. He leaves behind his wife Dakshayini, sons former President of Nanjangud APMC M. Vishwanath and M. Manjunath, daughter Madhumala, brother Sahukar D. Mahadevappa and a host of relatives. Last rites were held this noon at his native place.
