Sri Ravishankar Guruji’s Art of Living has organised Sahaj Samadhi Meditation at Art of Living Ashram, near Lalitha Mahal Helipad and also at its Kuvempunagar centre from May 4 to 6. The meditation will be guided by Bhanumathi Narasimhan, who is the Guruji’s sister and also the Director of all Sri Ravishankar Vidyamandirs.
